Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the privileges of a Golf Membership?

A: Each Golf Member will be entitled to designate either the Golf Member or the Golf Member's spouse as the "Primary Golfer" under the Golf Membership. The Primary Golfer designation shall be made on an annual basis. In addition, on an annual basis, the Golf Member will have the opportunity to designate his or her spouse as a Secondary Golfer and any qualified child as a Junior Golfer under the Golf Membership upon payment of additional dues. A "qualified child" shall refer to a Golf Member's children who are 22 years of age or under on January 1st of the year designated as a Junior Golfer and live at home, attend school on a full-time basis or are in the military.

The Primary Golfer may use all of the golf and social facilities of their Home Club. At their Home Club, Primary Golfers will not be required to pay greens fees for their use of the golf facilities, but will be required to pay golf cart fees. Primary Golfers will be entitled to reserve golf starting times 14 days in advance at their Home Club. Primary Golfers can reserve golf starting times five days in advance during non-Peak Periods at other Core Clubs upon payment of an appropriate club fee.

The Secondary Golfer may use all of the golf and social facilities of their Home Club. At their Home Club, Secondary Golfers will not be required to pay greens fees for their use of the golf facilities at any time other than during Peak Periods, but will be required to pay golf cart fees. "Peak Periods" shall be those times designated by the Club from time to time when tee times will be reserved for Primary Golfers and their guests.

The Junior Golfer may use all of the golf and social facilities of their Home Club. Junior Golfers will not be required to pay greens fees for their use of Home Club facilities, but will be required to pay golf cart fees when playing on a tee time available basis at their Home Club (i) after 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays after 1:00 p.m., and (ii) anytime during weekdays ("Junior Availability Periods"). Junior Golfers will be required to pay golf cart fees at their Home Club. Junior Golfers may play on a tee time available basis during Junior Availability Periods.

Q: Will my family members be welcome at the Club?

A: Yes. The ability to spend quality time with members of the family is of paramount importance these days. The Club is committed to providing a pleasant environment where this can be accomplished. Members will be entitled to have their spouse and their unmarried children who are 22 years of age and under and living at home, attending school on a full-time basis or in the military enjoy the Club's non-golf Club Facilities on the same basis as the member.

Q: May I invite guests to the Club?

A: Yes. Having your friends enjoy the Club's outstanding facilities with you is a wonderful attribute of membership to the Club. There will be limited guest privileges during Peak Periods to protect the members' access to the golf course. In addition, local guests will be limited to play once per month. Members should contact the Club regarding current policies for out-of-town guests.

Q: Can members be assessed to cover any operating deficits or capital improvements?

A: No. With the exception of dues, fees and other charges as the Club may establish from time to time, members will not be subject to any liability for capital or operating assessments for the costs of ownership or operation of the Club or the Club Facilities.

Q: Are there flexible payment options available for the membership deposits?

A: Yes, at no additional cost and depending on the Membership Option you choose.

Q: How do I become a member?

A: To become a member of the Club, you must submit to the Club a completed and signed Membership Application & Agreement and a check in the amount of the required membership deposit. In the event your agreement is not acted upon favorably, the membership deposit will be fully refunded, without interest.
